J W Designs

Having a passion for jewellery, a creative mind and a love of design I undertook a Silversmith Course through a local Art School and found a real flair for creating jewellery using precious metal.

 

After relocating to Cornwall in late 2017 I created J W Designs and set my business up from my home workshop in the heart of Cornwall.  My designs are inspired by natural elements of Cornwall, from the gently rolling hills on the edge of Bodmin Moor to the stunning seascapes of the coast.  I love the patterns and shapes found in nature; the bark on a tree or the waves on the beach create fabulous shapes and textures, and I try to find ways to incorporate these into my designs, creating enchantingly rustic and elegant jewellery.  Designed to be worn effortlessly as either unique pieces or stacked and layered to create an individual look that will match your personal style.  All my work is bespoke and hand forged, therefore no two pieces with be truly identical.

When I’m not working on my designs, I spend time exploring the beautiful county of Cornwall. My family are regular visitors and we love walking in the woods or chilling on the beach with our crazy Airedale Terrier, Lottie.
