Buffy Wilkinson - Twisted Felter

Hi, I'm Buffy, the Twisted Felter. I'm a wool artist based in Harrowbarrow on the Tamar Valley. I've been working with wool for over 20 years, and I love to create beautiful and unique pieces of art.

I make a range of different items, including needlefelt sculptures, woven wall hangings, art yarns, and Learn To Spin Kits. I have a small flock of mixed Rare Breed sheep, which I process the wool myself to use when possible in addition to commercial wools. I also hand dye.

I believe that wool is a wonderful material, and I love to celebrate its natural beauty. My work is inspired by the natural world, and I use a variety of techniques to create pieces that are both functional and beautiful.

I'm passionate about sharing my love of wool with others, and I offer a variety of workshops and classes. I also sell my work online and in local galleries.
